SIZING

KB SWIM ranges in a variety of styles available in sizes S-L. We currently have a limited amount of styles available in XS-L and S-XL. Soon all of our pieces will range from XS-XL. All garments are labeled as US sizing Please use our sizing guide as an estimate to determine what size is best for you.

  • All sizes typically run true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Along with our fabrics we try and make conscious efforts of sustainability in shipping all of orders, in our office and through every little aspect of our brand. We ship our orders in recycled packaging and each suit comes in a canvas bag to reuse infinitely. Take the step and shop the sustainable way with KB SWIM!

SHIPPING + ORDERS


What are your shipping methods?


We offer shipping services from USPS, UPS, and DHL based off of the location you are shipping from.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours from placing your order. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping times will vary based on shipping address provided and the shipping speed you choose. We always try to process your order within 24 hours of placing it.


Where is my order being shipping from?


Our shipping headquarters and office is located on the coast of North Carolina.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?


If you need to change the shipping address please email us asap! We will be able to change if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If the order has already been shipped it will most likely be transferred to your new address or get sent back to our headquarters where we will resend to the correct address.


How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped and fulfilled you will receive an email with a tracking number that will lead you directly to the page tracker.


What do I do if I did not receive an email with order confirmation or tracking details?


If you do not receive an email it is most likely because the email address was entered incorrectly or it has been transferred to your junk/trash mail. If you check your junk/trash mail and there is not an email confirmation there please email us and we will make sure to check and make a correction to the email given with your order.


What do I do if I think my package is lost?


You can contact the shipping provider (USPS/UPS/DHL) or contact us at info@shopkbswim.com and we will try our best to assist you with the issue.


Are taxes and duties included in my international order?


You will be responsible for any taxes and duties that apply to your order.


I believe someone has stolen my credit card and sued it to place an order?


Ifyou believe someone is using your information to place a fraudulent order please contact us as soon as possible before filing a chargeback with your bank.


How do I use a discount code or gift card?


At checkout on desktop you will see a section that says discount code or gift card on the right hand side of the screen underneath your products. On mobile device you will see at the top of the page underneath the KB SWIM logo the words Show Order Summary. Click that and there will be a designated field for a discount code or gift card.


Can I use more than one discount code on my order?


You can only apply one discount code in your order.


Can the price to my order be adjusted if I miss a sale, discount code or the price of my order dropped?


We do not price adjust orders that have already been placed and have missed a sale, discount code or price drop.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages being held, delivered to the wrong address or any other mistakes that involve the shipping carrier your order is being shipped with. We will always do our best to try and figure out the problem you are having and make sure you are 100% satisfied.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

KB SWIM wants all of our babes to be 100% happy with their purchases! We will allow you to exchange or return your garment within 30 days of receiving it.


What is your return and exchange policy?


All items being returned must be purchased from shopkbswim.com and have all tags are attached, unworn, unwashed, and original liners in place. All items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange! If you are just exchanging an item it can only be for a different size or color, we do not accept exchanges for different styles.

How do I send my return or exchange (International)?


We currently are unable to do return shipping labels for international orders. If you need to return or exchange your items please package up the item/items you are returning and make sure all tags are attached, the item/items are unworn, unwashed, and have original liners in place. Take you package to your preferred local post office and send back to the address below:

What if I do not have the original packaging the order came in?


Don't worry about it! Just make sure you followed all of the other steps, have the original tags and liner and you can send back in your own packaging.


When can I expect to receive my refund?


You can expect your refund with 5-10 days after we receive the returned package.


ALL ITEMS ON SALE MORE THAN 30% OFF ARE FINAL SALE! No exceptions! Only FULL PRICED items OR items purchased with a discount 30% or less are allowed refunds or exchanges.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I care for my KB SWIM Bikini?

  • Hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent.

  • Hang dry in a shaded area indoors or outdoors.

  • Do not iron, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach on any swimsuit.

  • Do not leave rolled up or balled up wet.

  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces such as rock, pebble, stone or pool like surfaces as it can cause pulling and picking of the fabric.

  • Avoid lots of contact with oils and chlorine, this can cause fading or slight damage to the swimsuit material.

We hope this helps make your KB SWIM Bikini last through all of your many days of fun in the sun!
